RPGN
Rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis (RPGN), a type of nephritic syndrome, is a pathologic diagnosis accompanied by extensive glomerular crescent formation (ie, >50% of sampled glomeruli contain crescents which can be seen in a biopsy specimen) that, if untreated, progresses to end-stage renal disease over weeks to months. It is relatively uncommon, affecting 10 to 15% of patients with glomerulonephritis, and occurs predominantly in patients 20 to 50 years.
IRGN
Infection-related glomerulonephritis (IRGN) is an example of immunological renal injury due to non-renal infections. With the changing face of IRGN over the years, renal biopsy definitely has an important role to play in differentiating this disease from the other masquerades and helps in prognosticating the long-term outcomes.

If recipients blood group and donors blood group are different then there is need for plasma exchange which will reduce the patients titre value ( normal titre value has to be 1:8 ).
